Provide admin support to client that includes the following:
- User Management Activities
- Report Management and Support
- Troubleshooting
- Configurable Changes (non-automation)
- SF Release Management
- Cap work at 10 hours per month on average
Any work beyond 10 hours a month would incur monthly charge of $25/hour
